Day 1: Dhaula (Dehradun Drive)
Pick the TrekYaari team from Dehradun and drive through the scenic Garhwal villages to your base camp midway of rivers and forest in Dhaula.
Day 2: Sewa to Dhaula
Altitude: 6,300 ft to 6,900 ft
Treking through oak forests and remote Himalayan villages. Visit a rare wooden temple shared by the Himachalis and Garhwalis at Sewa.
Day 3: Sewa to Jhaka (Hanging Village)
Altitude: 6,900 ft to 8,700 ft
Hike over suspension bridges, Rupin River, and reach Jhaka, the “hanging village” because of its slope, cliff-top position.
Day 4: Jhaka to Saruwas Thatch
Altitude: 8,700 ft to 11,150 ft
Trek through forest trails and witness the first views of the Rupin waterfall. Camp at Saruwas Thatch—an open meadow with mind-blowing views.
Day 5: Saruwas Thatch to Dhanderas Thatch (Waterfall Base Camp)
Altitude: 11,150 ft to 11,680 ft
A short trek but incredibly scenic. You’ll be walking toward the iconic three-stage Rupin waterfall, with panoramic views all around.
Day 6: Dhanderas Thatch to Upper Waterfall Camp
Steep ascend beside the waterfall
Camp above the waterfall, well above the snowfields, in preparation for the summit attempt.
Day 7: Rupin Pass to Ronti Gad
Altitude: 15,250 ft
Cross the snowfield, cross the snow gully, cross the Rupin Pass. Downclimbing to Ronti Gad is exciting and beautiful—you will be awestruck with the stunning sight of the Kinner Kailash range.
Day 8: Trek & Drive to Sangla
