Green Mountain Grills just recently released its latest mobile model, the Trip Prime 2.0, which effectively takes on several of my reservations pertaining to portable pellet grills. While somewhat bigger than your normal mobile model, its remarkable performance and functions are worth the extra heft. Unlike most of our picks, which can barbecue over straight warmth and prepare low and slow-moving off-heat, the XXL Pro is a pure cigarette smoker.
Having the ability to control your grill via your phone is a great method (particularly if you live someplace that obtains added cold). Great insulation isn’t really important when you are searing steak over burners producing 37,500 BTUs.
